Welcome! I'm Jessica the founder of Wellness on Yorkes and I'm deeply passionate about holistic, evidence-based approaches to health and wellness.

With not only years of experience in the field but alos personal experience, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals achieve their optimal state of well-being by addressing all aspects of the mind, body, and soul as a unified whole.

I firmly believe that true wellness stems from a comprehensive understanding of the interconnectedness between these facets. When one aspect is neglected or lacking, the others suffer, leading to a breakdown in overall health and vitality. That's why my approach focuses on addressing the root causes of imbalance, rather than simply treating symptoms.

My approach centres around functional training, emphasising the crucial elements of stability, mobility, and strength. Specialising in enhancing  posture, alleviating pain and discomfort in the body.  My training programs are meticulously crafted to address individual needs while prioritising injury prevention.

With a strong desire to share her knowledge and expertise, she has a love for teaching and believes that true wellness is achieved when you connect with yourself, others, and nature. Dedicated to helping you discover the transformative power of holistic healing, Wellness on Yorkes offers retreats, workshops, and services that empower you to take control of your own health and wellbeing.

To sum me up I’m a Holistic coach specialising in a range of training modalities to assist optimal performance and recovery. Improving overall health and wellness. I’m passionate about empowering others to have the courage to be fearless in the pursuit of what sets their soul on fire.

 

My mission is to inspire the collective to break out of the chains that hold us back from stepping into our true potential. To build a community of like-minded people where we can inspire others, share, connect and grow. I'm here to tell you that you can achieve incredible things.
